In today's experience economy our expectations are growing with the speed of light, and customer satisfaction has become more than a competitive advantage for businesses, it is the top-priority.

Great experiences are not only defined by how efficiently we can perform our tasks, but how they make us feel. From business processes to immersive digital experiences I design and optimise products with two main purposes: to make people happier and reduce their pain points. 

In the past few years, I have helped people to save lives, find future heroes, move one small step towards gender equality, find hidden treasures, get out of debt and showcase their creative potential.
