After years of honing my skills in delivering end-to-end CX projects, I’ve comfortably steered towards a more strategic, process and team-focused role, specialising in Brand Experience, Experience Strategy and Concept Design.

A thoughtful Russian by birth and a fun-loving Aussie by choice, I am fuelled by untamed curiosity, a craving for changes, a natural ability to discover unlikely patterns and an everlasting search for a balance between purpose and serendipity. Away from work, you are likely to find me organising and decorating my home, watching movies with my husband or taming our adorable border terrier Sassenach.
